The FOCS 2020 program will include tutorials. We invite interested researchers to submit tutorial proposals.
Submission deadline: September 15, 2020
Notification: early October 2020
FOCS 2020 Tutorials provide an informal forum for researchers to discuss important research questions, directions, and challenges of the field. We also encourage tutorials that focus on connections between theoretical computer science and other areas, topics that are not well represented at FOCS, new directions, and open problems.
We have room for several tutorials, which can be either 1.5 hours or 3 hours in length.
Tutorial proposals should, ideally, fit one page. Please include a list of names and email addresses of the organizers, a brief description of the topic and the goals of the tutorial and the proposed format (1.5 hours or 3 hours). Feel free to contact the Chairs of the Tutorials Committee directly or at the email address below if you have any questions.
Proposals should be submitted by September 15, 2020 via email to FOCS 2020 Tutorials. Proposers will be notified by early October whether their proposals have been accepted.
